A UL firestop system is installed within a gypsum board wall assembly featuring metal studs and gypsum board. The firestop system consists of a minimum 1-1/4 inch packing material and a fill, void, or cavity material. The assembly achieves a one and two-hour T and F rating per UL System No. W-L-0030 using Hilti materials.
