A concrete slab over a metal deck has a minimum thickness of four and one-half inches, accommodating a maximum two-inch diameter PVC schedule forty pipe or a maximum two-inch diameter CPVC SDR thirteen point five pipe for closed piping systems. Installation follows UL system C-AJ-2167 using Hilti FS-One Max firestop sealant.
