An auxiliary drop line extends downward from the main branchline to feed a sprinkler head positioned underneath a ceiling obstruction greater than 1,219.2 millimeters wide or located within 457.2 millimeters of the overhead sprinkler. The assembly features twenty-five point four millimeter piping dropping to an upright sprinkler equipped with a protective head guard. A twenty-five point four millimeter globe valve and a twenty-five point four millimeter plug are installed at the branch tee connection.
