An interior drain riser connects through a ninety-degree elbow to a horizontal galvanized pipe penetrating the exterior wall. A waterstop sleeve surrounds the pipe within the wall, with perimeter penetrations sealed on both sides. A chrome split wall plate covers the interior wall penetration, and a forty-five-degree galvanized threaded elbow terminates the exterior run above a sidewalk or splash pad. The exterior discharge is located eighteen to thirty-six inches above finished grade.
