An addressable smoke and heat detector assembly mounts to a four-square deep electrical box. The detector base secures to the box, and the detector head attaches to the base. Wiring enters from the fire alarm panel or previous addressable device to terminal one for data in positive and terminal two for data in negative. Data out positive and negative lines continue to the next addressable initiating device. An optional remote LED connects to the base terminals.
