Sprinkler pipe is suspended from a concrete slab poured over a metal deck using a three-eighths-inch by two-inch embedment Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ anchor. A three-eighths-inch all-thread rod connects to the anchor via a coupling and extends down to support a Tolco Fig. 100 pipe ring and an adjustable ring hanger. A Tolco Fig. 25 surge restrainer is integrated into the assembly to control movement of the sprinkler pipe. A companion schedule specifies hanger rod diameters corresponding to various pipe sizes, ranging from three-eighths-inch rods for pipes up to four inches to five-eighths-inch rods for pipes from ten to twelve inches.
