The stainless steel hood canopy hangs from the structure above via hanger rods connected to an exhaust duct collar and enclosure panel. A removable baffle secures inside with bolts, while condensate gutters with a capped drain run along the lower edge of the hood. The back wall finishes with stainless steel wall flashing behind the equipment positioned below per the plan. Overall mounting height reaches six feet nine inches above the finished floor, with a finished ceiling height of ten feet.
