Post-installed anchors secure structural elements to concrete or masonry substrates using mechanical expansion bolts set to a depth of fifty or eighty millimeters as required. A layer of non-shrinking grout is applied at the baseplate to provide even load distribution and leveling. The assembly transfers loads from the baseplate directly into the structural substrate.
