An existing wide flange steel beam is connected to an existing concrete wall using existing epoxy anchors to remain and new through-bolts. The connection assembly incorporates five-eighths-inch-diameter through bolts with standard square washers and nuts in sets of two. An existing beam connection plate secures the wide flange beam per plan. Epoxy anchors are embedded into the concrete wall to anchor the connection.
