Sprinkler pipe hangs below a steel I-beam supported by a Tolco Fig. 65 beam clamp secured with a retainer strap wrapped at least one inch around the beam flange. The retainer strap is formed from at least 16 gauge steel and is one inch wide for pipes eight inches or smaller. A Tolco Fig. 100 all-thread rod connects the beam clamp to a Tolco Fig. 200 adjustable ring hanger holding the sprinkler pipe. A Tolco Fig. 25 surge restrainer is attached at the hanger to control pipe movement.
