A back-to-back double cold-formed metal stud framing assembly ties into a header track. The 600T150-54 track is nested with back-to-back double studs, stitched together with number 12 self-drilling sheet metal screws spaced at 12 inches on center. An L2x2x16 gauge angle clip is fastened to the top and bottom with three number 12 sheet metal screws on each leg. The vertical track is secured to the header with three number 12 sheet metal screws each side, and six number 12 sheet metal screws to the vertical track.
