An adjustable ring hanger is suspended from the bottom flange of a steel beam using a figure 65 beam clamp and a figure 69 retaining strap. A figure 200 adjustable ring hanger connects to a 3/8-inch all-thread rod hanging from the clamp assembly. A locking thread connection secures the rod without requiring a lock nut. An alternate location allows the beam clamp to mount at the top of the beam flange with a 1-inch minimum clearance.
