A three-eighths-inch all-thread rod suspends a pipe up to four inches in diameter from poured concrete on a corrugated roof or floor deck. The hanger assembly connects to the deck using an Afcon AF310 surge restraint insert or a half-inch Red Head Tru Bolt with ICC-ESR-2427 approval, or an alternate half-inch Hilti KB-TZ2 anchor with ICC-ESR-4266 approval. The anchor maintains a three-and-three-quarter-inch minimum embedment and a maximum one-inch offset from the centerline of the deck flute. An Anvil Figure 05-135 coupling joins the upper threaded rod section to the lower drop rod, which terminates in a hanger ring secured tight to the top of the pipe with a three-eighths-inch all-thread rod screw.
