A one-inch sprinkler branchline connects to a one-inch armover pipe extending to a ninety-degree elbow and a vertical drop. An armover hanger supports the assembly whenever the armover length exceeds twenty-four inches. A one-inch by one-half-inch reducing coupling transitions to the drop pipe, terminating at a recessed standard spray sprinkler head penetrating the gypsum board ceiling. A minimum one-inch annular clearance is maintained around the sprinkler penetration.
