A trapeze hanger assembly supports fire sprinkler piping suspended from overhead structural steel beams spaced up to twelve feet apart. Beam clamps grip the lower flanges of the structural beams, anchoring vertical three-eighths-inch threaded rods on each side. These rods connect to a horizontal two-and-one-half-inch schedule forty pipe trapeze member using hanger rings sized for the trapeze with three-eighths-inch by eight-inch rods welded at each end. A center three-eighths-inch threaded rod drops from the trapeze pipe, secured with a nut and fender washer, to support a four-inch maximum size service pipe below.
