A one hundred fifty millimeter tank fill pipe connects to the existing water supply system and enters the vault, feeding a float control valve assembly with isolation valves locked in the open position by chain. A tee branches to a float control bypass line, and a nineteen millimeter line connects to the pilot mounted within the tank enclosure. The piping arrangement includes flanged valves and fittings supported inside the concrete vault structure.
