An antenna is mounted to the exterior wall using antenna wall mounts and supported by a 1-1/2 inch galvanized rigid steel conduit mast extending above the building roofline. A coaxial cable runs from the antenna through a 1 inch weatherhead and 1 inch galvanized rigid steel conduit nipple to a coaxial lightning arrestor with enclosure. A number 6 solid copper ground wire attaches to the mast with a ground clamp and extends down through a 1 inch PVC conduit to bond to the fire alarm ground. The ground plane of the antenna extends 24 inches above the roofline with exact location and height field verified.
