An exhaust hood assembly is suspended from the ceiling structure using hanging angles to support the stainless steel enclosure. The unit spans four feet and six inches in width with a typical mounting height of six feet and nine inches above the finished floor to the bottom of the hood, leaving a forty-eight-inch maximum distance to cooking equipment. The interior houses Underwriters Laboratories listed grease filters, a heat sensor, a high-temperature shock-resistant LED light fixture, and a grease drain equipped with a removable cup. An exhaust duct collar ties into the top of the enclosure to route vapors upward through the stainless steel enclosure panel to the ceiling.
