A fire sprinkler pipe is suspended beneath a concrete-filled pan decking assembly using a Tolco Fig. #200 adjustable ring hanger secured to a three-eighths-inch all-thread rod. The threaded rod connects via a three-eighths-inch rod coupling to a three-eighths-inch by three-and-three-quarter-inch Kwik Bolt TZ concrete anchor installed into the concrete slab. The assembly requires a minimum one-inch embedment into the concrete and a minimum one-half-inch clearance below the metal deck flutes. This hanger is rated for pipes four inches or smaller, and branchline ends require the addition of a Tolco Figure #25 surge restrainer.
