The post features a one-inch by three-inch steel bar at the top and bottom with a white powder coat finish, paired with stainless steel welded mesh also carrying a white powder coat finish. The concrete footing includes four number four longitudinal continuous bars, while the wall incorporates vertical reinforcing bars and number four ties. An expansion joint separates the concrete wall from the surrounding concrete paving and landscaping material.
