The cast-in-place concrete retaining wall features an eight-inch stem wall supported by a five-foot-six-inch wide footing. Reinforcing steel consists of number five vertical bars at one foot on center, number four horizontal bars at one foot on center, and six number five bottom bars in the footing. Footing reinforcement includes number five bars at one foot on center with rotated hooks to maintain cover. Hardscape abuts the stem wall above the finished footing grade.
