A non-insulated pipe penetrates a structural wall through a cylindrical pipe sleeve set within the opening. The sleeve assembly is secured to the wall structure by a steel plate fastened with four fifteen millimeter expansion bolts. The annular space between the pipe and the sleeve is sealed with a UL listed sealant and insulation system matching the fire rating of the wall structure. A minimum eight millimeter clearance is maintained typically around the assembly components.
