Concrete footing and slab-on-grade blockout configurations at column locations for edge, corner, and interior conditions. Continuous slab edge reinforcing terminates at the blockout and a designated blockout area is filled with concrete after completion of elevated framing. The foundation footing includes specified reinforcing per the footing schedule with typical clearances of three inches and nine inches typical spacing. Concrete is extended down to the foundation as required to cover the base plate, maintaining specified dimensions such as one and a half inches typical edge distance and two times thickness minimum depth.
