Suspended fire protection piping is anchored to structural framing with bolted connections and diagonal support braces oriented at forty-five degrees. Threaded rods and fasteners secure the hanger assembly to the pipe carrier. A minimum clearance of two and one-half inches is maintained at the structural connection. The hanger components attach directly to overhead framing channels.
