Internal reinforcement includes number four rebar hoops with number four ties spaced eight inches on center, surrounded by compacted fill. Anchor bolts are embedded vertically with diameter and bolt circle matched to the specific light pole, accompanied by a conduit entry elbow. The top of the pier features a one-inch chamfer at the perimeter and extends forty-eight inches above grade, with a total depth of a minimum of seventy-two inches per the structural engineer.
