This concrete-encased electrical ductbank section shows a 4x6 array of schedule 40 PVC conduits embedded within a concrete mass measuring 2'-9" wide by 4'-4" high. The top of the concrete encasement features a trowel finish and is buried with one foot six inches of earth cover to the top of the ductbank. A yellow plastic warning tape is positioned horizontally one foot six inches above the concrete encasement within the backfill. Conduits maintain three-inch clear spacing horizontally and vertically between runs, with three-inch side and top clearances and four-inch bottom clearance to the outer edges of the concrete envelope.
