Electrical conduits pass through fire-rated walls and floors constructed per architectural drawings. An appropriately sized hole accommodates the conduit while leaving space for a proper firestop compound installation. An approved firestop compound fills the annular space around the conduit to seal and protect the rated assembly. A conduit support is provided at the floor surface as required.
