An underground Quazite polymer concrete handhole box is set flush with finish grade on top of a twenty-four-inch deep French drain. A twelve-inch square minimum screwcover with a campus-coordinated logo sits atop the box. Schedule 40 PVC conduits enter the box with conductors as required, including one twenty-four-inch long additional conduit stub-out per side positioned twelve inches above the drain base.
