A two-piece metal pipe clamp secures a cold water pipe using bolted horizontal flanges on each side and a hinged or pinned top connection. An internal toothed or serrated liner grips the outer wall of the pipe to prevent slippage and maintain firm contact. Fasteners with nuts and washers tighten the two halves evenly around the pipe circumference.
