This assembly features a blunt tip air terminal secured to a cast bronze adhesive base, or a cast aluminum adhesive base for surfaces incompatible with copper. The adhesive fittings must be installed using a roof system manufacturer-approved adhesive, with all required slip sheets, batten strips, and pavers provided by the roofing contractor. Lightning protection conductors are secured using adhesive copper or aluminum cable holders, which are fastened at intervals not exceeding 36 inches on center.
