An equipment rack houses a lighting forty-eight port patch panel, lighting power-over-ethernet switch, lighting gateway, and network router, all serviced by vertical and horizontal wire management channels. One category six cable runs to each power-over-ethernet lighting fixture equipped with integral occupancy and daylight sensors. Digital light switches are installed in each room and connect through a Dynalite hybrid controller.
