A SIGA-PS detector attaches to a SIGA-SB4/RB4 or SIGA-AB4G base mounted on a four-inch square electrical box supplied by the electrical contractor. The assembly includes a tamper-resist lever arm located on the base that can be broken off to disable the feature, alongside an access slot for the tamper-resist mechanism. The junction box is installed flush with the ceiling line for proper device alignment.
