A portable aluminum davit arm with a maximum outreach of eight feet six inches and a three hundred sixty degree rotation capability is mounted to a portable aluminum mast. The system supports a dual-point suspension trolley with primary and secondary wire ropes rated for twelve hundred fifty pounds maximum working load and five thousand pounds factored load. The davit pedestal is secured to the structure at a catwalk positioned forty-two inches from the top of the parapet wall. The catwalk features a surround with a forty-two inch guardrail and a ladder or stairs equipped with a self-closing gate. A four-line powered platform includes a hoist motor, an interior tie-off line, a dogline for worker tie-off, and non-marring face rollers to maintain continuous contact with the facade for sway stabilization.
