A 9-inch diameter concrete base supports the lighting fixture with an adjustable knuckle and splice box. The foundation is reinforced with eight number six vertical bars and three sets of number four ties at 18 inches on center. A conduit transitions from 1.25 inches down to 0.75 inches and stubs into the stanchion, connecting onwards to the next fixture. Exposed edges feature a 0.75-inch chamfer and the base finish includes grout.
