A lighting pole mounts to a galvanized base plate secured by four galvanized anchor rods embedded in a reinforced concrete foundation. A base canopy matching the pole finish covers the plate assembly above the finish grade. A handhole with non-ferrous tamper-proof screws provides access near the base. Electrical conduit and conductors enter through the side of the concrete footing.
