A zero to ten-volt dimming lighting room controller connects to an occupancy sensor and a low voltage dimming switch using typical Ethernet cables. The unit receives twenty-seven-volt unswitched lighting circuit power and routes switched lighting circuits to light fixtures. Zero to ten-volt control wiring runs from the room controller to the light fixtures.
