This assembly consists of a thirty-foot lighting pole mounted to a thirty-six-inch diameter reinforced concrete pier foundation. The pole base is secured via anchor bolts sized per manufacturer requirements. The foundation is constructed of three-thousand pounds per square inch minimum compression strength concrete, reinforced with number four closed ties spaced at eighteen inches on center. A conduit is installed with a two-foot-six-inch minimum bury depth. The top of the concrete pier features a one-inch chamfer and an exposed portion with a rubbed finish, surrounded by a mowing strip in sodded areas.
