A galvanized rigid steel conduit post extends upward, featuring a tee conduit fitting and a base plate welded to the bottom of the post and secured with four-inch anchors over grout. A flexible metal conduit, not longer than six feet, connects via flexible conduit fittings and a reducer from the tee fitting to the motor. A number two AWG ground wire runs from the motor to the ground grid.
