An electrical conduit penetrates a roof assembly above a steel joist and roof deck. The assembly includes roof insulation beneath a flashing boot coordinated per architectural details. One stainless steel draw band secures the flashing collar around the conduit. Urethane sealant is applied at the top joint between the conduit and flashing.
