A reinforced concrete pad measuring 105 inches by 120 inches supports a utility transformer. The pad has a thickness of 12 inches below the ground line with a 4-inch projection above grade, reinforced with top and bottom rebar mats. Conduit openings are positioned within the pad, including an 8-inch by 16-inch opening with two 5-inch conduits and a 16-inch by 16-inch opening with four 5-inch conduits, set 19 inches from the edge.
