A wire mesh cable tray routes beneath and perpendicular to a mechanical ductwork run above the finished ceiling. The cable tray is supported by Unistrut channels suspended from vertical threaded rods. Washers and nuts secure the assembly above and below the Unistrut. The basket tray is attached to the Unistrut according to the manufacturer specifications. The maximum width of the perpendicular crossing is limited to six feet.
