A junction between an insulating glass unit and a louver assembly framing extrusion features a silicone seal at the glass-to-louver interface and internal wiring routed through the back face of the frame extrusion. The assembly incorporates an operable louver with laminated glass supported by a horizontal hollow structural section transom and a hangar cable. Internal wiring is housed within the framing extrusion to supply power and control to the operable components.
