The panelboard cover is secured to the backbox tub using a continuous piano hinge along the right side, which permits the cover to swing open while remaining attached. A recessed keyed lock made of steel provides closure on the opposite side. Front trim screws are spaced typically around the perimeter to secure the trim to the backbox assembly.
