Seismic and vibration isolation anchorage for a dry-type transformer mounted on a six-inch concrete housekeeping pad above the finished floor. The transformer unit rests on vibration isolator pads, utilizing either a green or white model depending on the unit size. Four five-eighth-inch diameter Hilty KB-TZ2 expansion anchors with a four-inch effective embedment secure each unit at typical locations. A minimum edge distance of twelve bolt diameters is maintained from the anchor to the edge of the housekeeping pad. Special inspection is required for the expansion anchor installation.
