A lighting pole mounts to a concrete foundation base via four three-quarter-inch diameter anchor bolts tied with number four tie bars placed in three locations. One-inch diameter rigid conduit with a conduit bushing extends up through the concrete footing. Grout is placed all around the base beneath a protective cover. The eighteen-inch diameter concrete pier extends four feet deep below the finished grade and features a two-inch forty-five-degree chamfer at the top edge.
