An electrical manhole access assembly consists of a thirty-six-inch diameter by twelve-inch precast concrete grade ring and a matching precast concrete cone section. A thirty-six-inch lockable cast-iron manhole cover sits atop the structure, featuring cast letters for high voltage and identification numbering coordinated with the owner.
