The normal utility feed connects through circuit breaker CB-82A-B1 to switchgear bus B-SG-82A. The emergency utility feed connects through circuit breaker CB-82B-B1 to switchgear bus B-SG-82B. A tie breaker designated as CB-82A-TIE-B bridges the two switchgear buses to provide backup power distribution.
