An electrical conduit penetrates the roof assembly and is rigidly secured to the building structure below the deck. A pipe boot with roofing counter-flashings and mastic seal surrounds the conduit at the roof surface. A storm collar fits tightly over the pipe boot and is sealed at the top with silicone sealant.
