A cylindrical concrete pole base foundation measures 24 inches in diameter and extends to a depth determined by the structural engineer with a minimum of 72 inches. The structure consists of 3000 PSI concrete at 28 days with a 1-inch chamfer at the top edge extending 48 inches above grade. Internal reinforcement includes number 4 rebar hoops with number 4 ties spaced at 8 inches on center, along with embedded anchor bolts sized to match the pole.
