An interior recessed-mounted closed-circuit television camera is installed in the ceiling plane with its exact location coordinated prior to rough-in. A three-quarter-inch flexible conduit connects the camera housing to a four-inch square junction box anchored to the structure above. A three-quarter-inch conduit runs from the junction box to the intermediate distribution frame room. If the camera is located in a hard lid ceiling, the junction box is positioned in an accessible location as close to the camera as possible and labeled CCTV.
